Lush Tiki Cocktail Class – Lush Wine and Spirits is excited to partner with friend and mixology guru Adam Seger for a Tiki Cocktail Class on Wednesday, March 25th at Lush West Town. Tiki lovers are transported to a tropical destination, learning how to whip up “The Bottomless Tiki Punchbowl” while sipping on other Polynesian-inspired cocktails. Escaping the winter blues is just what the doctor prescribed for Chicagoans and for one night, Adam Seger welcomes guests in for tiki time. It’s a tropical vacation, without the airfare and sunburn. Más Modern Mexican Restaurant Maracame Tequila & Taco Tasting – Más, a modern Mexican restaurant and tequila bar in the West Loop, invites Chicagoans to join them Wednesday, March 25th for a tequila and taco tasting event. Guests will enjoy three signature tacos, two specialty Maracame cocktails and three samples of Maracame tequila from a knowledgeable representative on-site. Amy Devore Vinyasa and Vino – Certified instructor Amy Devore will offer an exclusive one-hour vinyasa class to North Shore women and men of all levels. Guests will indulge in a power vinyasa class geared towards strengthening and conditioning followed by cocktails and appetizers at Wilmette’s favorite neighborhood pub, Nick’s on Wednesday, February 26th (4:30PM – Class at Pilates Central) & Wednesday, March 26th (5:30PM – Drinks and Appetizers at Nick’s). Chairs for Charity 2015 – It’s that time of year to update your home décor and give a little back. Chicago magazine is once again partnering with Designs for Dignity for the annual Chairs for Charity 2015 event. Fourteen Chicagoland designers have remodeled vintage chairs and will auction them off for charity.
