Weekly Roundup - Chicago Events

Weekly Roundup

Chicago Events December 4 – December 10

So, I just got back from the most incredible vacation in Washington DC hanging out with my brother, sister, and niece. We had the most amazing time so my apologies for the delay in sending out my Weekly Round-Up. I’m still relishing in all the fun we had and not quite ready to return to everyday life! We visited many museums and attractions including the National Museum of African American History and Culture, National Gallery of Art, National Museum of American History, United States Botanic Garden, Artechouse, Christmas on the Wharf, an igloo at CityCenterDC, and more. We also took a tour of the Capitol, saw Mean Girls live (before it hits broadway), watched Coco, ate amazing food, and just had a blast. I didn’t check everything off my list but I knocked most must sees off it within a few days. I definitely recommend a visit to DC and also highly recommend seeing both Mean Girls live (INCREDIBLE) and Coco (fantastic)!

Now back to Chicago and what’s new. Lots of fun holiday happenins going on ALL over the city. I can’t cover them all but I’m sharing some good ones going on this week as well as some extras if you scroll all the way down and read past Sunday! One of my favorite holiday events, Christmas: A Cocktail Story, is back from CH Distillery. Check it out at the end of the Weekly Round-Up. Plus, see what other fun is abound this wonderful city of ours! Cheers and Happy Holidays to all!
