Raised Bar Supper Club Series is an entertainment-filled dining experience complete with crafted cocktails to pair is sure to be a night not to miss in the Windy City! 

Raised Bar1 W. Wacker Drive, has announced the February installment of their popular new Supper Club Series on Saturday, February 10 from 4 p.m. until 12 a.m. Guests will enjoy live entertainment from Liza Micelli, a Chicago based pianist and composer, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. while dining on special menu items courtesy of Specialty Raised Chef Timothy Powles, curated to the music. The year-round rooftop, known for having one of the best cocktail programs in Chicago, will also be featuring creative cocktail pairings for the menu items.

The February menu features Green Papaya Salad ($10), paired with the Lime in da Coconut, made with Don Julio Reposado, Tomato Water, Lime, Chili Powder, Coconut La Croix, Basil, and Mascarpone ($14); Grilled Pork Riblets ($13), paired with Fit for a Queen, made with Cherry Rhine Hall Brandy, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Ginger Bitters, Grapefruit Bitters, Cucumber, and Prosecco ($15); and Honey Roasted Duck Legs, made with Crispy Rice Noodle, Choy Sum, Daikon, Pickled Carrot, and Chili ($17), paired with Get Pickled, made with Koval Dry Gin, Simple Syrup, Pickled Carrot Juice, Hellfire Bitters, Blood Orange Bitters, and Saline ($15).

Raised was designed by The Gettys Group, fusing an industrial aesthetic with eclectic style and raw finishes.
