Chairs for Charity 2015

It’s that time of year to update your home décor and give a little back. Chicago magazine is once again partnering with Designs for Dignity for the annual Chairs for Charity 2015 event. Fourteen Chicagoland designers have remodeled vintage chairs and will auction them off for charity. Stay tuned to for sneak previews of the chairs up for sale, and make sure to attend the event on March 26 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Eurofurniture (2145 W. Grand Ave.).

Join us for our sixth annual Chairs for Charity event as we auction off vintage chairs given new life by Chicago’s top designers. Bid on 14 one-of-a-kind chairs from Jason Hess, Alexandra Kaehler, Brynn Olson, and more. Proceeds will benefit Designs for Dignity.

Thursday, March 26th
6 to 8:30 p.m.
2145 W. Grand Ave.

Attendees will enjoy complimentary food and drink.

If you’re not in the market for chairs but still want to revamp your furniture, check out Interior Define (2027 W. North Ave.) which recently celebrated its one-year anniversary. The Wicker Park shop will customize high-end furniture to match your style and budget. From sleek contemporary sofas to unique made-to-order furniture, they will have something for everyone to fall in love with.

iD Chicago (375 W. Erie St.) is having their floor sample sale right now, slashing prices on brands such as Gus*Modern and Blu Dot. Many have already sold out, so hurry if you’re looking for new pieces to furnish your space. Floor samples may have light signs of use and must be picked up at the River North location; local delivery can be arranged for a separate fee.
