In Elegance Launch 2013, presented by Skinny Socials® will be an evening showcasing De-Light by Sofitel menu certified by Skinny Socials® and available at their restaurant, Cafe’ des Architectes.  In Elegance takes place on Thursday, March 28th, 2013 from 6PM-8PM at the Sofitel Luxury Hotels Chicago Water Tower. De-Light by Sofitel reflects the unique skills of Sofitel’s chefs in creating innovative array of well-balanced, low calorie meals to help individuals meet their health and weight goals in delicious style. The night will also present the launch of the Skinny Socials®  Signature Card, which will provide card holders with special rewards to Skinny Socials® events each time they use their card at any of their certified restaurants. De-Light by Sofitel tasting menu for the evening includes: delicious passed appetizers of Tuna Tartar, Poached Pear Salad, Seared Skuna Bay Salmon, Baby Beet Salad, and Cafe’ des Architectes Signature Skinny Socials®  Certified Cocktails.
